It's truly like metamorphosis, 🐛-> 🦋 you change physically and mentally but you still are the same "person". The weirdest feeling ever. It's like you recognize parts of yourself all while accepting these new versions of yourself that you are meeting

It def starts when they’re in the womb 🫶🏼 As a mom of 2 (and another on the way), I still have to remind myself that I’m a person too and that I matter. Motherhood has a way of consuming every part of you in the most beautiful but overwhelming way sometimes. We spend so much time making sure everyone else is okay that we forget we deserve care too. Doesn’t mean we put ourselves first, just that we matter too. Always try to remember that 🤍

Literally everything is harder 😂 The smallest things (like getting your hair done) make such a big difference! I’ve even noticed how nice it feels just to put on a face of make up and an actually outfit. 💕
