If you were to cut the loaf into 8 normal sized slices, macros would be… 105 Cals, 8.75g Net Carbs, 3g Fat, 13.25g Protein 105g protein for the loaf Wet Ingredients: 284g (1 1/4 Cup) Vanilla, Chocolate, or Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt 65mL (1/4 Cup) Almond Milk 35g (2 1/2 tbsp) Light Butter, Softened 1 Medium Egg If batter is too thick, you may need to add more almond milk as I did in the video Dry Ingredients: 45g (1/4 Cup + 2 tbsp) Oat Flour 12g (2 tbsp) All Purpose Flour 72g (1/2 Cup + 2 tbsp) Granulated Sugar Substitute 45g casein, 15g whey chocolate protein powder (I used levelsprotein) 25g (1/4 Cup + 1 tbsp) Black or Dark Cocoa Powder 4g (3/4 tsp) Baking Soda 2g (1/2 tsp) Baking Powder 75% casein, 25% whey is ideal Ingredients for McFlurry Frosting: 68g (1/4 Cup + 1 tbsp) Nonfat Greek Yogurt 22g (2 1/2 tbsp) Light Cool Whip 24g (2 tbsp) Powdered Sugar Substitute 1 Scoop Whey/Casein Blend Protein Powder (*optional - adds frosting thickness, I use half choc, half vanilla protein) 1 Oreo, crushed ✳️ Ingredients for Decoration (*optional*): 1 Oreo Balanced on Top for Decoration 1/4, Oreo, Thinly Crushed Small Streak of Black Icing 👉 Everything that is optional is NOT included in da macros Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Mix wet ingredients in one bowl and dry ingredients in another. 3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth with no clumps. 4. Pour batter into a sprayed or parchment-lined loaf tin. 5. Bake for 40-45 minutes, slightly underbaking for a softer texture. 6. While baking, mix frosting ingredients and refrigerate for 10 minutes. 7. Frost brownies, add toppings, and chill 10+ more minutes if desired. 8. Slice into 2 brownie bricks or 8 slices and enjoy.
