Consult with your doctor or a menopause specialist doctor. they can prescribe HRT if appropriate (asking as you don't have a family history of breast cancer). it does help with mood, hot flashes, so many symptoms.

It’s crazy I just heard that too, that they only study it for like a week. I’m not on HRT, but I’m on birth control and my doctor just increased my pill to a higher dose of estrogen and she suggests just staying on the pill until 51, I’m 48. She said they are all starting to take classes to further their education after being in the field for many years

The patches were not strong enough for me. I had been on the pill (Estradiol) and wanted to try the patches but unfortunately they made everything worse. I had to switch back to the pill.

Went into menopause when I was 28… I’m on 500mg a week, and it’s still not enough to get me to normal levels. Unfortunately because it’s out of stock for long periods of time I get really poorly.
