“Contracts are just general” actually it’s a legally binding document. And lunch breaks are federal law. You are off the clock, that’s your time, you can do whatever you want.

That’s very illegal, there are numerous federal and state labor laws that say you are absolutely allowed at 30 minute or more lunch depending on your company.
