so if the clearcoat has peeled and the colour has faded, if i sand backbthe clearcoat and respray back to original colour, can this be just applied over the whole panel and will you see the join between the original clearcoat and where its been repaired? or, do i have to apply a clear coat to the repair first, then add this?
