eh I'd actually side with the insurance on this one, just sending in a photo wouldn't cut it cuz the photo can be any car, whereas if he brings it in and you see it you can verify the Vin and the damage.

Rotors going the correct way. Slotted rotors are made to disperse heat out of the wheel. If it’s turned the other way the heat is staying in the wheel
