I’m joining three other panelists for @vetpartners_org AI at Work series, Part 1: Getting Started. Built for the absolute beginner. No vendor pitches, no hype. I am very aware of what LLMs are and how they work. I still fail to see how using them is helpful to me in my day to day life. I type my SOAPs as they happen (with the help of an AMAZING tech team), so my clients never leave the clinic without a full medical report (minus results that are pending from outside labs). Despite being a GP, I see emergency cases often because the local ERs have reduced hours to practically nothing due to staffing issues..so I am far too familiar with a heavy caseload despite lack of time and hands…still, no AI. I am not anti-AI, for what it’s worth, I just fail to see how it’s beneficial to vets currently
