That is literally just a lie. People have made a lot of crazy stuff with Davinci, and even some stuff that you couldn’t make with AE

AE has better performance even on low end devices or on CPU alone, it feels really flexible and there are a ton of plugins out there for it. On davinci working with nodes is just stressfull for me. I just don't feel like im organised when using Davinci's fusion. I am forced to put more effort to organise the nodes. Anything you can do with nodes can be done on after effects vice versa. Danvinci is still one of the best software I have used. Unfortunately I don't have the performance to do intense things on it but Simple editing combined with fusion, simple color grading and sound design is goated on davinci.

Idk why people are arguing davinci and after effects are BOTH good it’s just after effects is better for motion graphics and Davinci is better for 3d modeling and cgI but both can generally do the same thing YOU as the editor just got to learn how to use the softwares to unlock all it has to offer

AE is constantly eating memory just sitting there doing nothing let alone anything. I can be two layers in and it’s crashing on me. Long time AE user here. Adobe needs to fix their software. I have high-end specs and it still crashes.

I use ae for everything edit,gfx, even thumbnail it's just toooo good to use ae idk why ppl use davinchi it's just ae but layers are switched with nodes lol even more complicating
