You just have to really shake it to get it to desolve. I’d rather know I’m not drinking a bunch of chemical garbage and have to shake a bottle a little longer.

I don't get the electrolyte drink mix hype. Regular day to day activity so not warrant it. Things benefiting from electrolyte mixes would be like 1 hour+ of intense exercise, manual labor in elevated heat and humidity, recovering from a bug or a flu. Drink water, have some fruit, nuts, Greek yogurt and dark leafy greens.
