As someone with pots I rarely pass out yes with meds but I just got diagnosed about now 2 years ago yes mine is not very bad because I yes have meds but I also watch my foods making sure I do t have to much caffeine and if I do I drink more water I drink about a gallon for my weight and I have a lot of sodium but I really don’t pass out if I do it’s very rare but I have never felt like I was gonna pass out at the weel I also wait a week before a drive when I have a episode but a big trigger with pots is your body not being able to differentiate getting ready to move causing a lightheadedness to happen quicker, but when you’re moving when driving your body is constantly moving, which is allowing your body to be able to get up after driving for a while maybe not but people with pots would understand, but I have never felt like I was gonna pass that out the wheel or like that but everyone’s different but it’s very seldom when a situation like that happens

I saw a video about someone else’s theory and she thinks Mackenzie was found in that position because she was trying to block the gear shift with her body and I can’t stop thinking about that.
