I tried quitting, downloaded it back a week or few days later. Addictions can’t end if you’re really obsessed and struggling with something. Dont call people disgusting just because they’re on an app 24/7, you don’t know what they are going through or what’s going on their head. I even learnt words from it and I’m better with sentences. I even used swerve, same thing happened.
