Sapna was holding my right hand and I was doing shoulder presses up and down while I was wearing my helmet. My right leg was supporting me and my right thumb was also supporting me. After in August 2025, I was lying straight on the treatment bed at the MNC in Manchester, UK. Again, Claudio said “ you can get the elbow released and this is nice, elbow down, down and down but stop.. up again.. very good “ Today, right now in May of 2026 at the Optimal clinic in Dubai.
