When the doctors told us Logan’s prognosis, I felt like our entire future had been ripped away. But I told him not to give up. That when nothing is certain, anything is possible. I thought I was helping my husband get his life back, but he was teaching me an entirely new way to change lives. Watching him become himself again has been one of the most terrifying, exhausting, and fulfilling experiences of my life. And now, I get to take everything this journey has taught me and help other people fight for the moments that matter most. Because recovery isn’t just about walking again.
