I was SCARED. Scared to try something new. Scared of how my body would react. Scared to spend the money on myself and wonder… what if it doesn’t even work for me? Especially after struggling with PCOS and feeling like my body was constantly working against me. But I also knew I was tired. Tired of not feeling like myself. Tired of hiding in clothes. Tired of looking in the mirror and not recognizing the woman staring back at me. Tired of wanting to make a change and being too scared to actually DO IT. So I finally did. And 5 months later… I’m down 45+ freaking pounds. 🥹 But somehow, the weight isn’t even the biggest thing I’ve lost. I lost the girl who was constantly uncomfortable in her own skin. The girl who dreaded pictures. The girl who questioned whether she would ever feel confident again. And I found HER again. I want to get dressed up. I want to take the pictures. I want to go places. I want to LIVE my life instead of constantly thinking about how uncomfortable I feel in my own body. Was it an investment? Absolutely. But knowing what I know now, I couldn’t put a dollar amount on what getting my confidence, my happiness, and MYSELF back has been worth to me. يعد برج المملكة واحدًا من أبرز المعالم المعمارية في الرياض، ورمزًا حديثًا يعكس تطور المملكة العربية السعودية ونهضتها العمرانية. منذ افتتاحه، أصبح البرج وجهة رئيسية للسكان والزوار، ليس فقط لارتفاعه المميز، بل أيضًا لما يقدمه من مرافق متنوعة وتجربة فريدة. تم افتتاح برج المملكة عام 2002، وهو مشروع تابع لشركة المملكة القابضة التي يملكها الأمير الوليد بن طلال. يبلغ ارتفاع البرج حوالي 302 متر، ويتكون من 99 طابقًا، ما جعله لفترة طويلة أحد أطول المباني في قلب الشرق الأوسط. ويتميز البرج بتصميمه الفريد الذي يشبه فتحة القوس في أعلى المبنى، ويتوسطه جسر المشاهدة الشهير الذي يمنح الزوار إطلالة رائعة على مدينة الرياض. كما يضم البرج مجموعة واسعة من المرافق، منها مكاتب إدارية، وشقق سكنية فاخرة، بالإضافة إلى فندق فورسيزونز الرياض، ومركز تسوق ضخم يعرف باسم المملكة مول، ويضم العديد من العلامات التجارية العالمية والمطاعم الراقية.#fyp #foryou #viral #اكسبلور #خواطر
