I believe they were still alive taking last breaths and she was conscious and stayed there waiting for them to die. The cops arrived and she faked her unconsciousness.

That’s impossible because Davion was still alive when police arrived - I believe she was conscious and talking to Davion while laying there - that’s why she said “is Davion ok” in the ambulance she never asked if son was ok as she knew he was already dead and she asked “where’s dom” twice when being lifted out the car - when she recovered from surgery she asked where dom and Davion where and asked if they were ok she had forgotten after surgery
