Can I ask if it's getting harder for you to take the bulk of your fee in cash ? We are in business and take between 5k and 30k a day and honestly cash is getting harder to get. Not many people are carrying cash these days compared to 5 years ago. Are some of your clients complaining about getting cash out for you ?

Property managers will definitely try to milk you for every last cent, often with dodgy and false claims. As long as you lodged your bond return request before they did, they will have to take you to dispute resolution with the RTA and the onus will be on them to prove that you made the damages. There’s a good chance that if you fight it, they will give up and withdraw the claim as it costs them too much to follow through. Or the RTA will likely uphold your bond claim. So don’t worry!!
