This is old news. The Chief in Leon Valley was fired a few years back. The city is still pretty corrupt though, and realistically you’ll probably have to sue to enforce your rights there. That said, their wording is what matters here. They’re only about half correct. Courts can establish rules inside courtrooms and court offices, but the law does not magically carry over into public zones, especially when that same area also serves a municipal or public city function. The consitution hold 100% of the weight in public access areas.
