I'm going thru this just now after 30yrs service company sold up under Tupe conditions, I'm now £250 worse off since takeover and working longer hrs🤨 no rota, no nightshift allowance, no long term service pay, no public holidays, this is a care provider with care being at the bottom of the pile and profit at the top of the pile! They currently have 5 posts on indeed for 0hrs contract staff on minimum wage! While charging our residents 2k a wk!!!!

this is very misleading, you need to have left the job for a constructive dismissal case to even exist and if there isn't a history of grievances HR will just wish you luck on your next job

Fine for both parties in a perfect scenario, however reality is different, 9-10 times the company wants them to go because of various issues, but companies cannot sack someone for poor performance anymore due to the protections employees get, so the business has to pay a huge sum + taxes. this is now being abused by staff who want to go on benefits so they get double bubble.

They cuts you pays work to your pay etc worse less. You only do what they pay you to do don’t even do extra or overtime if they won’t offer pay
