tried many, many, many strategies over the years. hundreds of strategies, I've probably tried them all. even tried CBT (didn't work for a whole separate reason)
if I get 4 hours TOTAL a night I consider that a win.
slowly, over the years, I can almost get 6 hours a few times a week.
I'm struggling with burnout, know the reasons unfortunately nothing I can change but I can change my reactions to them
I dont like the idea of sleeping pills ... but might just need them to help me reset
you may *may* have given me the push i needed to visit my dr for a chat about my insomnia
