I think if the situation was reversed that he should have to do the amount of time in prison if a civilian did it to a police officer that’s what I think should’ve happened I think if a judge ever rules that a cop has done extreme misconduct that they should have double if not, triple the punishment of what they ever get and this is my opinion, and I firmly believe it, but we live in a world that will never happen.

So a police officer only got four years in jail for attempted murder. What’s wrong in this picture and the taxpayers paid for his screwup he should’ve got 25 years in jail for a Tipton murder and have to pull every day of it. Cops need to learn that they should not be above the law they should represent the law. They know what people rights are. They shouldn’t violate their right because they wear a badge and they are not held accountable for their actions. They are exempt the actions and they have no consequences and if wrong they do wrong they should pay the punishment penalty, but again they are above the law
