I feel like that was so unfair to Lisa because in the episode they didn’t even tell her that they were going to attach barts head, she was only under the impression that she was going to donate some blood, so they basically operated without her knowledge or consent, which also means that Marge and Homer knew because you can’t operate on a minor without a parents consent so that means all the adults knew and chose not to tell her knowing that she wouldn’t consent to the operation
