I love Michael but he was emotionally immature when it came to relationships. It’s not a criticism as it’s clearly due to him not having a normal upbringing, and the pressures of extreme fame at such a young age. But regardless it left him completely ill equipped to deal with the challenges of a serious relationship. Lisa knew he was desperate for kids and she wanted them too but she had valid concerns. Instead of waiting, discussing it he gave her an ultimatum that he would use a surrogate??? Just the mere mention of that would have anyone running for the hills and understandably so. It’s a sad situation

I think MJ really did love her but he was obsessed over having a baby at that time of his life, personally I feel because he knew time was running out and he somehow knew like he wasn’t going to be here very long. He found someone he loved who said they would have kids with him, Lisa, and then her back tracking probably made him feel betrayed and even more antsy to have kids asap. It’s sad, I wish they stayed together and figured it out.

I know she loved Michael and he felt the same about Lisa.. but Michael really wanted kids and Lisa just wasn't ready specially her coming out of her marriage to her ex but if given time I think she would of had Michael's child if Debbie wasn't offering to give him children.. I for one truly loved these two together. 🥺😞💔

Everyone says they were meant to be together or in another life, but it is clear they were not compatible or willing to make changes that means it was not meant to be. I think people romanticize the thought of something, like their relationship, they forget if it would have been meant to be it would have been and it didn't work.
