Bison Kimchi Hash  🦬🍳🔥  As someone who workouts in the morning, my post workout meal is often my breakfast and this right here gets the job done every time! Easy, simple, delicious. Packed with protein, clean carbs & healthy fats! Also reheats great the next day in a skillet, just make some eggs with it and you're good to go!  FULL RECIPE ⬇️ INGREDIENTS (2-3 servings for the hash) - Avocado oil spray  - 2 tbsp of ghee  - 1.25 lb ground bison (90/10) - 1 large russet potato  - 1 cup chopped kimchi  - ~3/4 cup sliced white end of green onions - Seasonings: Salt, pepper & garlic powder.  - ~3-4 tbsp korean bbq sauce  - 2 eggs - Garnishes: Everything but the bagel seasoning & sliced green onions Note: Measurements are estimated, adjust ingredients to your liking. DIRECTIONS  1. Prepare all ingredients by dicing up the potatoes, slicing the green onions and chopping up the kimchi.  2. Get a skillet going over medium-high heat. Spray with avocado oil then add in the ground bison. Break it up and season with salt, pepper & garlic powder. Mix and let cook until done to your liking. Once done,  remove the bison from the pan.  3. Next, drop the heat to medium and add in the ghee followed by the potatoes. Season with salt, pepper & garlic powder. Mic and let cook for ~8-10 minutes mixing every few minutes. Next, add in the green onions and let cook for a minutes then go in with the kimchi, ground bison and Korean bbq sauce. Mix to combine and let everything cook together for another ~5 minutes.  4. Once the hash is looking good, let it sit over low heat while you cook the eggs.  5.
