@rentertain: This might be my most favorite comedy of all time. My Cousin Vinny (1992) is the kind of movie Hollywood barely makes anymore (and it’s a shame because it’s hysterical). Every argument somehow becomes funnier the longer it goes on lol 😂 and I can confirm because I come from an Italian family. Joe Pesci and Marisa Tomei carry the film with pure chemistry. They turn courtroom chaos into something completely unbelievable. Tomei especially steals every scene she walks into. There is a reason her performance became legendary. In fact, she won an Oscar for this role….A comedic role! Which is damn near unheard of… What makes My Cousin Vinny so rewatchable is timing. The script never tries too hard. The humor comes from personality, pressure, and people talking past each other in the most entertaining way possible. Thirty years later, it still feels fresh. And I laugh my ass off at the two of them. Not only are they brilliant, but they sound like my Aunt and Uncle at family get togethers lol 😂 What do you rate My Cousin Vinny (1992) out of 10?
