God I hate when people try to baby him and play down his actions. They literally show Gangle being scared of him when he’s NOT there. Like I get Gooseworx really wants this Jax focus for some reason, and MAYBE it could’ve worked if she actually tried to develop Pomni and the others, but she choses to shove them aside. It just doesn’t work in a 9 episode show.

how i would fixed his character is by making him realize his mistakes, and finally opening up to pomni, apologizing to everyone for what his done(which yes some won't forgive him which he understands) and him actually being very complex overall

as a neutral jax enjoyer, he literally has no purpose in the show, he has no development whatsoever, the only development he has is his background getting expanded, other than that, he's the same start to finish even though the rest of the cast changed while he remains the same which sucks bc he has so much screentime for a character that self sabotages himself to the point that change isn't possible for him bc the writers refuse to give him any sort of redemption meanwhile trying to get your sympathy, the only thing he does is create conflict for both characters and plot from start to finish and hes the same conflict everytime which gets to a point like look at mlb
