So correct the structure is for the beginning when a player is just starting, however a jump shot is like a fingerprint, everyone has a different one. The best shooters shoot with feeling. Its about finding the feeling consistently.

Yea you can shoot "wrong" if you repeat it a million times, but if you start with correct mechanics you'll have a better foundation and be able to make shots even with small flaws or adjustments. With "bad" mechanics you have to be perfect because being slightly off will result in a miss. If you repeat those mechanics to the point that you're never off with them it won't matter, but the people that do that are few and far between.

Those shooting coaches think everyone needs to shoot the same way shit is dumb everyone got their own form, long as u don’t got a hitch the more shots u put up the more consistent it gets from my experience
