@offenceregister: THAMES VALLEY POLICE SACKED OFFICERS REGIONAL MISCONDUCT Introduction A highly dangerous network of fifty-three police officers and staff members who callously launched a serial campaign of sexual misconduct inside the largest non-metropolitan force in England and Wales has been sacked. The offenders were completely unmasked following an intensive public protection inquiry. The Offences and Trial Details The perpetrators operated across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, and Oxfordshire, utilising their positions of authority to execute a calculated sequence of physical and digital violations. Two hundred and ninety-four personnel faced intense allegations, with one predator non-compliantly utilising the sexual dating app Grindr to target junior subordinate officers before an internal device audit unzipped the files. Sentences and Court Orders Dragged before independent disciplinary panels between twenty-twenty and 2026, fifty-three individuals were completely stripped of their jobs, while others were hit with final written warnings. For their cruel actions, they were thrown out of the service, placed on the national barred list for life, and blocked from ever holding a position of trust again. Investigation and Impact The Professional Standards Department's intensive investigation exposed their defence scripts, proving they shattered public confidence and failed to act as role models. A transparency panel slammed their total abandonment of human decency, allowing tracking units to enforce lifetime vetting controls to guarantee absolute public safety.
