@whiskstowhiskers: He's so curly and just the cutest. His @Animal Care Centers of NYC was Owl and I've been calling him Green Bean since he came to @Meow Parlour, but I'm not sure if that name has stuck. There is a curly gene for cats and while it's most commonly seen in pedigreed cats, this gene does occasionally pop up in the wild. Our vet wasn't able to find any literature linking CH and curliness. She found some anecdotal stories about curly cats being smaller, but CH cats are typically smaller than litter mates anyway and he is about 20% smaller than his 5 siblings. None of them are wobbly or curly, but they all have cute little eyes. So we don't know if this is going to be a long term thing or just how he presents now since he also has some GI issues.
