i agree with you, i made some big changes and my capacity changed relitevely quickly! im still on the journey as my full recovery will take time due to what i have been exposed to for a number of years

The Perfect Storm :
This is a horrible feeling, my hips hurt all of the time, energy crisis is a real thing. I’ll have one good day and then it will take 2-3 days of sleep to recover even a little bit. Gas, and IBS attacks. Depression, anxiety and fatigue that just doesn’t get better

ive been sharing my symptoms with my doctor for nearly a decade, but she never ever suggested CFS. she also never addressed or pointed out my ferritin being 15 since 2019. I just started taking ferritin, hoping that might help me, otherwise I really need to hunt down this USA "healthcare" system to get a proper diagnosis for CFS. I am 99% sure i suffer from it. I feel a bit gaslit and on my own with this, so happy I found you!!!!

i am so sorry to hear and wish you to get well. i go through similar process without diagnosis and lose strength more and more even if i am motivated and want live. thank you for sharing. it gives a voice and hope. be blessed in jesus name🙏🏼✝️❤️🩹🥹
