Why would you go through all the hassle of making an app from scratch rather than set them up with Uber Eats or DoorDash?

$800 is to cheap for this. So part of me believes this is staged. I get AI makes building a lot easier but at the same time the value of the app shatters $800. I wouldnt have charged less than 2k. Remember a very small percentage of the world uses AI to build.
