@drchristinahibbert: If you’ve never had a breast MRI… this is basically it 😭 Except somehow the real sounds are even worse. It’s like: BEEP BEEP BEEP 🚨 washing machine thumping 🧺 robot having a breakdown 🤖 construction zone at 2am 🔨 someone playing dubstep inside a submarine 🫠 And meanwhile you’re laying perfectly still on your stomach while your ribs and breastbone slowly become one with the plastic table. Whoever designed the breast MRI position clearly never had to actually DO one 😅 I’ve had so many MRIs at this point between breast cancer, chronic illness, brain/spine imaging, pancreatic screening, and all the follow-up scans that come with survivorship… and honestly?
