To be clear…let’s remember it was worth 1.3 million when he “sold” it to them…for $450,000.00. He gifted his kids $850,000 - $425,000 EACH in EQUITY and financial security for their own futures…loans etc….AND they rent out the property for $3500 per month?! He could have kept it and rented it out himself and kept the $3500 for his own life and travel etc….this is so crazy that she’s questioning! I disagree that she doesn’t have any obligation to him morally or ethically, etc…this is just so wrong.
