@theasherhouse: I think a lot of us become addicted to chaos without even realizing it. We feel like we always need to be doing something, chasing something, fixing something, maybe even trying to control the outcome of something. And after a while, being completely still almost starts to feel uncomfortable. I encourage you to remember that none of the answers are in the noise. The answers come when you slow down enough to actually feel your life instead of just surviving it. Because healing isn’t found in doing more, it’s found in being still ❤️
