You should be immersing more if you can't understand Japanese speakers speaking normally. Like literally sit down and watch anime (or J-drama, Japanese TV, whatever interests you) no subtitles (not even Japanese ones) and literally just watch it (You should be focusing on it though, like don't put it on as a background to something else. Make it the main thing you're doing) for at least an hour everyday. Even if you can't understand much it's fine (in fact, if you understand everything perfectly it's too easy for you to be using as learning material) but you should be doing it. DO NOT pause it unless you need to go do something else, just watch it (reading native content is when you should be looking things up and stopping and starting. Video media is for the spoken language). Try looking at some of the guides on learnjapanese.moe (No, I'm not a bot. it's completely free and open source, no subscriptions or any payment at all and it doesn't collect data to sell) it will help you greatly
