@taryneliseee: egg bite prep + a much needed waterboy!! 😋 @Waterboy #waterboypartner chicken sausage + gruyère egg bites 🤌🏼 this recipe makes 24 mini egg bites! honestly i still had extra egg mixture leftover, so you could definitely half this recipe if you want less. preheat oven to 325° + spray muffin tins really well add to a blender: • 12 eggs • 2 cups egg whites • 10 oz cottage cheese • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt • salt + pepper blend until completely smooth add to muffin tins: • chopped chicken sausage • shredded gruyère pour egg mixture over top until about 3/4 full place muffin tins onto a larger baking sheet/pan + carefully pour HOT water around them halfway up the sides for a water bath bake at 325° for 25–35 mins or until centers are mostly set with a slight jiggle 🤌🏼 let cool 5–10 mins before removing + top with green onions!
