You must create a framework for ESOP (Employee share purchase agreement) this will help you not to loose the right talent in the name of equity I understood when I started representing clients in US,UK and Denmark that's why those companies are able to retain talents. a super ERP system or App growth is slow when you are always hiring fresh team every month
