Theres a mistake o ypur converted bill of exchange. NEVER peovide a section to be signed by the acceptor, as tjis provides them an opportunity to refuse. A Bill of exchange in promissory form needs no signed acceptance. Oresentment IS acceptance. Then if they return it, the rule of "tender denied is tender paid" by acquiescience. Let them throw it away (as they wont send it back within the 3 day rule) Then the rule kicks in and the bill stands as paid.👍

I would argue they are agreements not contracts. contracts must meet four (4) elements (1) ascension of the mind, aka meeting of the minds; (2) must be signed by at least two people; (3) must be mutually beneficial aka value and concideration given; (4) must have full disclosure, no blind adhesion, no failures to state material facts, or misrepresentation of material facts. (5) must be written in plane language (English), under the plane language doctrine. one can not have a meeting of the minds with a fiction of law. all charters and entities are dead. no entities in law have cognitive thought process. all entities are financial institutions and are glorified transfer agents and pawn brokers negotiating your securities and bonds.
