I don't know if you typically sit with your face resting in your hand, but that can cause acne. I did it when I was younger and always got pimples there until a dermatologist told me to stop touching my face. Sounds silly, but it made a difference.

Girl this happened to me. And I needed antibiotic cream to kill it and cleaned all my brushes and got new sponges. It went away and never came back
