Analogy time: my friend is struggling emotionally. Should I becoming emotionally unstable to match them, or should I offer comfort and support? Saying men are getting left behind highlights a real gap. The solution isnt to hold women back, but to support men in ways that are helpful to them. When everyone succeeds, everyone benefits.

I think it says something about you that your interpretation of that statement implied women should "hold themselves back" for men instead of help them keep up. We're all in this together and our moral responsibility to our fellow human doesn't end where gender lines begin

I think it’s important to recognize that at various times we have found various groups that were being disadvantaged in some way and we’ve tried to help them as a society. I think the phrase “men are being left behind” is one of recognition so we can work on solutions.
