@cristiiicarrillo: Replying to @sAuRpHiA Mac and Cheese Recipe 🧀👇🏼 Ingredients: 2 cups elbow pasta 2 tbsp butter 1tsp salt, paprika, black pepper & chicken bouillon (optional) or to taste 2 tbsp flour 1 cup evaporated milk 1/2 cup heavy cream 2 cups mozzarella & cheddar cheese Directions: In a pot with boiling water, add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions or about 7 minutes for al dente. Drain and set aside. Then, in a pan over medium-low heat, add the butter and seasonings. Stir, then add the flour and mix until combined. Slowly pour in the evaporated milk, whisking continuously until the sauce becomes smooth. Add the heavy cream and keep mixing until creamy. Finally, add the mozzarella and cheddar cheese, stirring until melted.
