The text sounds intelligent overall, but there’s one important mistake in it, people often romanticize emotional overload and call it “high emotional intelligence.” The ability to notice other people’s emotions, tension, and hidden motives is not the peak of awareness. That is only sensitivity. Real emotional intelligence begins not when you learn to see through people, but when you stop destroying yourself with that knowledge. From a psychological perspective, constantly scanning people is not always a sign of strength. Very often, it comes from anxiety, hypercontrol, and a habit of living in a constant state of internal defense. A person starts analyzing every tone, look, and pause not because they are “above others,” but because their mind has become used to searching for hidden meaning in everything. And the longer this continues, the harder it becomes to simply live instead of endlessly interpreting reality. Philosophically, the problem goes even deeper. When someone becomes too focused on reading other people, they gradually lose connection with themselves. They stop experiencing the moment and begin living in an endless decoding of other people’s emotions. But wisdom is not the ability to see every crack in people. Wisdom is the ability to understand that not everything requires analysis, not every emotion carries meaning, and not every person deserves that much of your inner energy. Sometimes the truly strong person is not the one who sees through everyone, but the one who can see all of it and still keep inner peace.
