Some of the comments are genuinely not helping. You guys are dogging the whole performance, rather than giving them constructive criticism. How do you expect for them to be magically better the next following days if you continue to deter him with insults and hate comments? The process takes time, discipline, and especially confidence.

Yo! I play the drums, and I just wanna say that you guys have improved a lot as a whole, but more specifically your drummer. I can play this entire song really well and was curious if I could possibly help? There’s a couple pointers I would love to give to your drummer, and just things to practice to really get the drum groove down. I love the work and determination you guys have and I would love to help!

from someone who is in a band and takes formal music classes, after watching all the practices i do infact see improvement in things such as tempo and overall instrument playing. i dont think everyone is particularly playing horribly but you guys are good enough individually to sound good if you all stay together
