@cheff.omi: Oreo Nutella Stuffed Cookies 🍪✨ Cookie Dough * ½ cup (113 g) unsalted butter, softened * ⅓ cup (67 g) granulated sugar * ½ cup (150 g) packed brown sugar * 1 large egg * ½ tsp vanilla extract * ½ tsp baking soda * ¼ tsp salt * 1½ cups (186 g) all-purpose flour * 1½ cups (255 g) white chocolate chips * 6–7 crushed Oreos@OREO * 6–7 frozen dollops of Nutella 🍪 Instructions: Line a plate or tray with parchment paper and freeze 6–7 dollops of Nutella until firm. In a bowl, cream together the butter and both sugars until smooth and creamy, then add the egg and vanilla extract and mix until combined. Add the flour, baking soda, and salt and mix until just combined, leaving a few flour streaks, then fold in the white chocolate chips and crushed Oreos. Freeze or chill the dough until firm enough to roll. Scoop the cookie dough into balls and flatten slightly into discs, add a frozen Nutella dollop to the center, then wrap the dough around the filling and roll until fully covered.
