This is super frustrating and disappointing. 5’1 with PCOS and I feel like I HAVE to track my calories. I’m so scared not to. I almost always gain weight. My insulin resistance will give me intense cravings but tracking my macros helps me hit my goals - which is to be low in calories, higher protein, low carb and high fiber. It’s helped me keep off 30lbs. I can’t seem to lose anymore though and keep it off. I’m not sure what else to do

I feel like it’s hard for me to always lock in because I work nights. So I don’t wake up until noon almost every day so I don’t eat my first meal until like 1 PM and then I work from 4-10/12 depending on the day. I go to the gym after work Monday-Wednesday and then try to go outside and go on a walk or hike on my days off Thursday-Friday and rest on the weekends. Trying to figure it all out finally at 30 🥲 I try not to overwhelm myself by focusing on everything because it makes me slip every time too

I feel like fiber keeps me fuller than protein but it makes me so much more bloated. I don’t feel like protein makes me feel “full” ever tbh lol

If I eat naturally following my hunger cues, I usually only have one meal a day, so around 30-40g of protein. should I just do that and not try to get more?

Girl sometimes I can’t even hit my maintenance, and sometimes I’m not even hungry until like 12pm 😳I’ll try my best to get to my protein everyday but sometimes I just can’t force myself to eat more when my body doesn’t want it

I'm 4'10 97-100 pounds and my hunger cues only happen once a day and that's when I eat a fulfilling meal. I only need ONE meal. My tummy does not need a lot
