I'M A PROFESSIONAL CLEANER!! ! PLEASE only use that scrubber for surface cleaning ONLY (theyre great for maintenancebut HORRIBLE for deep cleaning unless you use a combination of detail brushes and scoruing pads) . If you have a steamer then this would be the best time to use it otherwise get some scouring pads. I HATE bleach so my alternatives are dawn power wash, CLR, and anything by Zeps. That looks like age, nicotine, and soap scum you're working with. So its going to take some extra care to work with.
