To me the skirt in itself isn’t the problem, it looks cute, it’s just the fact that they shortened it and she lost something that would have made her stand out from other genshin characters. Most female characters have a short skirt, she doesn’t look original anymore, she just looks like almost every over playable characters in this game unfortunately :/ your redesign is really cute though it looks nicer than the version they’re planning to release to me

It's literally the same skirt design they did with Navia why are we so mad? Also, in most of Sandrone's attacks she has her legs crossed, it's obvious why the skirt shows leg.

Personally i dont like the skirt being so mini because firstly they have a sandrone model with a long skirt which they could have used secondly it just feels very different from how we constantly see her in nod kria and lastly and the main point she looks a lot less elegant or scary

I think the length of the skirt is a problem because of the silhouette it creates- you did make it look more interesting yes, but having a flat, short skirt with elongated back part is way too close to other female characters we have in the game- if they had kept her knee length skirt, while still a bit flat it gave ber a more distinct silhouette because we have way less female characters similar to it. Not to mention that her previous silhouette associates way more with a doll character than the current one, as old-time dolls used to be essentially a fashion doll of the women at the time, so long puffy dresses and elaborate details. I'm glad you like the design, but I don't think the backlash of hate towards it should be surprising considering how bad hoyo has been treating female character design lately
