Bots contribute to group think. Many people check the comments to assess whether they are accurately fitting in with the herd. It is instinct to do so. Paris did not deserve this. I have never heard of any *politician* even asked to be held responsible for the comments of others under their posts. Most trans women I know have agreed that the pile on of her made no sense. I think we are seeing an organised coup here, of some people/bots posing as lgbtq to fuel the fire. And it’s worked perfectly. Feminism is now once again at odds with trans women.

Not to mention how satisfied they must be watching two of the most marginalized and endangered communities in the country, fighting. Black women and trans women. All started by non trans people. Weird….

I want trans people to have nothing but a beautiful life where they are free to be who they are and have access to healthcare and able to transition. I however will not tolerate sexist, misogynistic language and allow anyone to shut up women, especially black women, on speaking out about feminism and our lived experiences. Saying something disgustingly misogynistic and then yelling “you’re transphobic” when you call them out on their language is the same playbook Israel is using when you mention genocide in Gaza.

Yet another reminder of horseshoe theory; the concept that the political line from left to right is not straight but rather bent like a horseshoe, with the extreme left and extreme right closer to each other than to the center.IMHO one need only look at either the anti-trans or anti-semitic worlds to see how true that is.

Fine, but if there’s a discussion on everything we have to talk about EVERYTHING. And dismissing the misogyny in the trans community will not help. This is how people like Trzmp get elected. We cannot ignore the fact that it exists. I remember when Roe v Wade got overruled, a very prominent trans woman said, oh here we go, you guys come out way cause there’s no risk of us getting pregnant. We can’t ignore it!!!
