I cried soooo hard after my pre-eval because I though I totally bombed 😭 my saving grace was a review from a classpasser that was in that eval class who said I did a great job, I also love my classes with fewer clients because I feel like as a newer coach I’m able to connect with everyone more!!

Truly appreciate this video. I’m starting my Pilates certification and it is so overwhelming every exercise. You have to know the next step queuing the anatomy and how it correlates to the move. It is so much but I needed to hear this because I can do this. You can do this we all can do this

This is such a crazy video that I just stumbled upon because I literally just made a video that I’m gonna post about how I’m struggling so bad with something. I know I’m so good at and becoming an instructor has really challenged me! I’m in the beginning stages of my certification and stuff and I do know that it gets easier each time but I am showing in my head and doubting myself so thank you for saying that.
