There are a few issues with some of your points "he has the easiest job to do. just play games record and edit them" yes it sounds easy and it's really simple on paper. but issues like burnout, not enjoying the game you are making content on, lack of motivation to edit and many more reasons why editing footage might be harder for some then they are for others, tight schedules are many things that could cause people to not make content. yes he could upload more. but sometimes people might find it hard to make content they enjoy and not feel forced into making it
