I’ve realized that most people don’t resign because of the tasks themselves. The real reason is often the unnecessary pressure from upper management and the people around them. After working in a corporate environment for almost five years, I’ve noticed that when I work alone for a day, I can complete all my tasks efficiently and without stress.
What makes work exhausting is not always the workload, but outdated management styles. Many senior managers seem to repeat the same leadership approach they experienced in the past, without adapting to today’s work culture, economy, or changing employee expectations. This creates unnecessary processes, pressure, and stress in the workplace.
We spend a huge part of our lives at work. If companies truly want to grow, they need to focus not only on profits and productivity, but also on employee well-being and happiness. A healthy working environment leads to better performance, loyalty, and long-term success.
I believe the system should change. Instead of employees constantly trying to prove themselves just to get hired, companies should also work hard to attract and value good employees. Employment should feel like a mutual partnership, not a one-sided struggle.
